The City of Folly Beach, Surfrider Foundation Charleston Chapter, and the Southern South Carolina District of the Eastern Surfing Association proudly present the 2010 Folly Beach Wahine classic, June 5-6, 2010. Come out to the Washout and watch the best women surfers on the east coast compete for the title. This year’s proceeds will go to Surfer’s Healing, a non-profit group bringing a free one day surf camp to the beach, benefiting autistic children and their families. Surfer’s Healing will be on Folly Beach the first week in August, with a firm date to be announced soon.
