Doug is a seasoned residential Realtor who lives near iconic Shem Creek in Mount Pleasant SC.  He was born and raised in Falls Church, Virginia and is a graduate of Clemson University (during the Danny Ford era). Doug first experienced living in Charleston after college in the early 90’s where he began a career in the film and television production arts that eventually took him to New York City.

In 2008 he returned to the Charleston area with his wife, Architect & Designer Shannon Hall, and their three children to be closer to family and to develop Shannon’s design business.  He easily relates to the newcomer experience and enjoys helping clients transition to life in the Lowcountry from all points on the globe. His children attend school in Mount Pleasant, play a variety of sports, and have come to appreciate the joys of life on the water.

Doug’s buyer clients are comfortable working with a knowledgeable, dedicated professional who can quickly uncover important information and details about homes.  Over the last several years he has helped a diverse range of buyers to find properties that meet or exceed their lifestyle expectations. Home sellers that want their home to rank among the most highly visible listings are attracted to Doug’s high-impact internet marketing strategies. In addition, homeowners are interested in his ability to create “virtual curb appeal”,  which draws attention through carefully staged photographs, videos and in some applications, 3D models.
