Julia Haas attended Spartanburg Methodist college and earned her associate’s degree before attending USC where she got her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and masters in Social Work.  In addition to being a licensed Realtor®, Julia is also certified and licensed as a play therapist and holds a design certificate from Midlands Tech.
Julia worked at Robert Haas Construction Company Inc for over 19 years, where she worked with the builder to pick house plans, work with homeowners, check job sites, make selections, and helped oversee a number of remodeling projects.   The company focuses on higher end homes and was chosen as one of the first builders to represent Southern Living Magazines builder program which was formed in 1994.
Julia has been a member of the Junior League for over 21 years and chaired numerous committees, currently she is the co-chair of the sustainers bookclub.
Julia has owned her a home in Wild Dunes for 20 years with her husband and three sons.  They split their time between Charleston and Columbia.  Julia has been buying and selling real estate in Charleston for her own personal use and has helped family and friends find/redo their homes over the years. Together with her husband, Bobby, they have successfully built, sold, owned or redone more than 9 homes in the area.
