Melanie Thornhill specializes in Charleston’s premier residential market. After graduating from Clemson University in 2000 with a degree in Marketing, Melanie returned to her hometown of Charleston to begin her career in Real Estate sales. In 2005 she joined the family Real Estate firm and worked alongside her husband Frank. Together they focused on the sale of numerous waterfront properties and country estates.  Melanie looks forward to sharing her unique “local’s perspective” and her considerable real estate experience with clients, assisting them with all of their real estate needs.

As an active supporter in her community, Melanie is involved with many local organizations, including:  Boy Scouts of America, Clemson Alumni Association, Mount Pleasant Academy Parent Teacher Association, First Baptist School and Grace Episcopal Church.  Melanie lives in the historic town of Rockville on Wadmalaw Island with her husband Frank and their three sons.
