Working with investors to pinpoint value-add investment deals is one of Tourine Johnstone's favorite things. She attends property auctions, researches on and off-market deals, and negotiates offers for investors. She can also be found working in the real estate market around the Charleston communities, such as Mount Pleasant, West Ashley, Isle of Palms, and Dewees Island.

She was raised in Northern California and raised her own family in Reno, NV. In 2021 she orchestrated a move cross-country, bringing her real estate business to Charleston, SC. The magnetic charm of Downtown Charleston, the allure of coastal living, and the unique character of the different neighboring communities captivated her, sparking a decision to relocate. Her “non-negotiables” when looking at homes included access to excellent schools and sports programs for my children, a community to embrace our family, and living close to amenities.

Living in Charleston is Tourine's absolute favorite. Her business is an opportunity to explore the surrounding neighborhoods and amenities that make living here so unique.
