Growing up in an Air Force family, Kristen attended more than a dozen schools in the US and
Europe. It was great training for her career as a news anchor, which required many more
moves. For the past decade, Kristen has worked as a freelance producer for ABC’s Good
Morning America, covering some of the biggest trials and weather events in Charleston’s
history.

Outside of journalism, Kristen’s passion has always been real estate! She has flipped and built
custom homes in Mobile, AL, West Palm Beach, Phoenix, Greenville SC, Jackson MS and
Mount Pleasant. She enjoys helping families find their perfect Lowcountry home or investment
property.

Kristen and her husband Scott spent many years on the sidelines at Wando football games
cheering on their son. They recently built their “empty nest” home in Watermark as their son,
Cameron, is currently attending the University of Alabama.
