Sawyers Landing

Lee Sheppard was born in Charleston and raised in Mount Pleasant. She attended the University of South Carolina and graduated in 2022, majoring in Psychology. After graduation, Lee moved to Charlotte, NC, to work in the pharmaceutical sales industry, but she missed Charleston and returned last spring. Lee's family has deep roots in the Lowcountry, with her father owning Sheppard Construction, a well-known and respected custom home builder. Being raised around some of the most luxurious and well-designed homes on the Charleston Coast has sharpened Lee's eye for both quality and livibilty. She brings the basic values of trust, integrity and service - the core principles of Sheppard Constrcution - to her career in real estate.  When she's not showing houses, she loves being at the beach, spending time with family and friends, working out, and traveling.
