As a Realtor® of Distinction and a Price Strategy Advisor, Gina Foster’s core values in real estate are integrity, and working hard to exceed the expectations of both buyers and sellers. She currently holds credentials as a Realtor of Distinction and Pricing Strategy Advisor. She has lived on Daniel Island and in Mount Pleasant, and brings her “we can do it together” positive attitude to every real estate transaction. Gina has been an agent since 2015, and previously worked in education. She is proactive, not reactive, and helps clients navigate the home buying and selling process, and “relocation”.

Her interests include starting a 501c3 nonprofit, which brings smiles to residents of assisted living and nursing care facilities. Gina feels these twice a month visits are also a valuable life lesson for her daughter too. She is passionate about real estate, a good problem solver when she needs to be one, and very respectful of clients and their busy schedules.
