We’ve been around since 1989, and with each year we’ve seen immense growth and change, not only in the real estate market, but in all aspects of Charleston and her surrounding areas. Areas that were once small, sleepy beach towns are now home to thriving shopping and business districts. We’ve seen new towns and countless neighborhoods come to life over our more than 30 year journey. Everything has expanded up and out, with suburban areas of Charleston metro now reaching beyond Awendaw, Summerville, and Hollywood. We’ve been here through it all, and as the Charleston Coast has grown, we’ve grown too. Click on a year below to get a peak at what we’ve been up to over the years.
