With over 15 years of experience in the Charleston real estate market, Kristin Walker remains consistently in the top 5% of area real estate agents. She has sold over 200 homes - helping both buyers and sellers – as well as launched and sold two new developments Downtown.
Kristin began her real estate career in 2009 in the middle of the Great Recession, and even though the real estate market has improved in Charleston since then, her commitment to her clients has remained her highest priority. Her former careers included economic development, tech and bio-tech start-up company development, marketing, telecommunications, and software. With an International MBA in Marketing and Technology from the University of South Carolina and a BA in Communications from the College of Charleston, she has the skills needed to navigate the market, whether up or down.
Kristin has lived in Charleston for over 20 years – enough time to see extraordinary changes and get to know each nook and cranny of this beautiful town and its homes. She has also lived all up and down the East Coast and in the great countries of England, Italy, and Texas. While born in Atlanta, she is the child of a New Yorker and a Minnesotan.
