I am a blissfully happy, transplanted Charlestonian. I understand the questions that my out of town clients have about where to live and play in Charleston because I was there myself a few years ago. I also understand and love to work with first time home buyers, their excitement is contagious, I treat first time home buyers with the respect and trust that I want for my grown daughters when they are in the home buying process.
Before I began selling real estate I was a marriage and family counselor and then worked in sales for Glaxo SmithKline, these experiences combine to make me a great listener with a strong sales training. I decided at the age of 19 that I would live here one day and everything leading up to my move here was great preparation for selling Charleston!
My knowledge of Isle of Palms, Sullivan’s Island, Folly Beach, Daniel Island and Mt Pleasant make me a great choice to help you find the perfect property for you to purchase or to help you price, prepare and sell your home. These islands are where I play and love to be, let me share that insider’s perspective with you as you search for a place to call yours.
I have worked to build extensive relationships with other agents on the islands, property managers and vacation rental companies and I can share that knowledge to help you make great choices for a primary home, second home or vacation rental property.
I like to have fun while house hunting, I am a low stress, low pressure agent who will be quick to respond to your calls and texts as well as happy to share my knowledge about the area. I try to be very respectful that home buying is a very personal experience, I am happy to tag along and make that as easy as possible for you and your family
I love my home and want you to feel the same joy that I feel when they come home everyday or walk into your vacation home. My husband and I live in Mount Pleasant and have views of the intracoastal waterway and the Sullivan’s Island lighthouse. We enjoy canoeing, kayaking, boating, fishing, beach walking, paddleboarding, porch swinging, sunset chasing as well as eating and drinking in all of the outstanding restaurants around town.
You’ve worked hard….now it’s time to Coast….
