I am a blissfully happy, transplanted Charlestonian. I understand the questions that my out of town clients have about where to live and play in Charleston because I was there myself a few years ago. I also understand and love to work with first time home buyers, their excitement is contagious! I treat first time home buyers with the respect and trust that I want for my grown daughters.
My background in Marriage and Family counseling makes me a great listener and negotiator, my years spent with GlaxoSmithKline taught me sales and market analysis. My years as a real estate agent in Virginia and South Carolina have made me good at taking those two earlier skill sets and using them to find the right home with the right budget for my clients.
I love my home and want the people I work with to feel the same joy that I feel. I like to have fun while we are out searching for your new place, so we will do some laughing, some eating and maybe even some sipping while we are out and about. Searching for your new place doesn’t have to be stressful, it can be an adventure.
One of the reasons people move here is to be close to the water, as boaters, my husband and I have learned quite a bit about the waterways around Charleston. Some of of the lessons learning how the tides work involved getting stuck on a sand bar once or twice but that’s another story! If you are moving here to be near water, I can help you understand all about living on the marshes, rivers, lagoons and the ocean. We can work together to find you the best view for your budget.
Reach out to me if you want to have a fun, low stress, low pressure search for your new home, second home or investment property!
You’ve worked hard….now it’s time to Coast….
