Wappoo Heights

Just across Folly Rd. from The Crescent, Wappoo Heights is one of many preferred neighborhoods in Charleston. An outstanding location, beautiful one and two story homes, and lush natural surroundings symbolize the Lowcountry ambience.  Homes sit on large estate sized lots and feature open floor plans.  Several have marsh and waterway views along the scenic Wappoo Creek. Many have been renovated.  Many homes were built in the 1930s with the most recent homes completed by the late 1980s.
Priced from the $500,000- to nearly $2million, the close proximity to downtown Charleston and the beaches as well as public boating facilities and county parks just add to the charm of what is considered one of the more upscale subdivisions in West Ashley. The various waterways surrounding The Wappoo Heights homes allow residents the opportunity to fish, boat, and watch spectacular sunsets from personal docks. Also within walking distance to the very popular South Windermere shopping center with coffee, grocery, yoga studio and more specialty shops.
