April was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, just north of Seattle and south of British Columbia. She and her husband have four amazing kids, three boys and one daughter. After purchasing a vacation rental in South Carolina, they began vacationing back and forth. In 2021, they decided to make a permanent move to the historic area of Summerville. They bought a beautiful old home and have been renovating it. In her spare time, she loves to bake, go to coffee at her favorite coffee shops and golf. She and her family also love to travel and explore new places!

April’s background is in real estate and new construction. She has been a Realtor® since 2013 in Washington state and continues to run a team there. She has worked with many types of buyers and sellers over the years, from first-time homebuyers to vacant land and new construction. With living in South Carolina and having a team in Washington, relocation has also been added to her list of specialties. Her husband Micah is a General Contractor with over 20+ years of experience, so together they have lots of knowledge in residential real estate.
