Diane Vermillion lived in Valparaiso, IN, Chattanooga, TN, and Charlotte, NC before moving to Charleston, where she was already professionally buying and selling real estate investment properties for years.

After graduating from the University of Tennessee with a marketing degree, Vermillion began a very rewarding, 12-year career working for Xerox. The next chapter of her life was spent raising her four children and personally investing in real estate. She soon parlayed that experience into a career as a Realtor® and earned a spot as one of Charlotte’s top producing agents with Dickens Mitchener. After buying a home in Mount Pleasant, SC, she brought her sales and networking expertise to dunes properties, where she specializes in the Charleston resort areas and relocations.

In Diane’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones, and also enjoying the beaches of the Charleston Coast.
