A native of Columbus Ohio, Gina Foster raised three children while relocating several times around the country. Charleston always held a place in her heart, having lived here previously, and she returned to live on Daniel Island.
Gina graduated from Radford University with a degree in Early Childhood Education and subsequently taught special needs children before making the decision to become a stay at home mom. During that time, she was very active in community service and remains so today. In Kentucky, Gina helped start a 501c3 organization called Scoops and Scripture. She has now brought the program to Charleston. She is a sustainer of Junior Auxiliary and the Junior League.
