Lauren grew up in Hickory, a small town tucked into the foothills of North Carolina. Her family spent every summer vacationing on the Isle of Palms, and she quickly fell in love with all of the charm Charleston has to offer. She followed that admiration to the College of Charleston, where she earned her B.A. in Business. While in college, Lauren found mentors within the real estate community through various market-related jobs and internships. She became passionate about the industry and pursued her real estate license in 2017 to begin her own career. Since then, Lauren has guided clients across the Charleston area and co-founded Hyer House, a luxury home staging company designed to meet the city's demand for tasteful, high-end staging in a competitive market. Lauren prides herself on being accessible to her clients and providing a transparent, smooth process for buying, selling, investing, and home staging.
