Having lived in many extraordinary places including Perth, Western Australia, and Milan, Italy, Nancy Barker Klemm eventually chose to settle down on beautiful Sullivan’s Island for its fabulous beach lifestyle and close proximity to historic Charleston. Prior to having children, she worked in financial planning and Italian wine imports, gaining extensive knowledge which she still uses today in order to help clients make sound financial decisions, and make their real estate dreams a reality. She holds a business degree from the University of Southern California, an MBA from Boston College, and is even fluent in Italian. Outside of work, Nancy enjoys spending time at the beach with her two children and yellow lab, traveling, yoga, antiques, cooking, reading, and exploring the many attractions the Lowcountry has to offer.
