Tim, his wife Frannie, and their four children, have been residents of Sullivans Island since 1997. His wife’s family has maintained a family residence on the island since the early 1900’s. After graduating from college, Tim spent 9 years as a Naval Supply Officer. He and Frannie moved back to the Charleston area in 1991, living in Mount Pleasant. He spent the 1990’s as a National Account Manager in the Paperboard Packaging industry. He became a Realtor in 2000.

Tim is experienced with properties in the Mount Pleasant, Sullivans Island, Isle of Palms, and Wild Dunes communities.along with assisting Buyers and Sellers with various Waterfront Property throughout the Charleston area.
