Kain Slowikowski was born in Baltimore, Maryland, and spent summers in nearby Ocean City, which developed his love for the coast, beach lifestyle, and surfing.
After graduating from Salisbury University, Kain began his career in the Outer Banks of North Carolina as a project manager for an insurance, remediation, and storm restoration company. During this time, he gained hands-on experience in coastal construction, property management, secondary home maintenance, and coastal insurance — building a strong foundation in the unique demands of waterfront and vacation properties.
After years of vacationing here, Kain moved to Folly Beach in 2010, and later Riverland Terrace, an historical neighborhood on nearby James Island where he continues to live today with his wife and son.
Living the Folly Beach and Charleston lifestyle gives him the freedom to enjoy the things he loves most — surfing, cooking, spending time outdoors, exploring historic architecture, and sharing it all with friends and family. Kain is a Charleston Top Producer, recognized as a Realtor® of Distinction, and holds the designations of Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA).
