South Carolina native Ann Shimer was born and raised right here in Charleston. She earned an undergraduate degree from USC in Hotel, Restaurant, & Tourism and then MBA from the Citadel evening school. Her father was a real estate developer so she naturally had a passion for real estate and got her real estate license in 1999 and broker’s license in 2004.
