Hamlin Plantation is known for its natural surroundings, proximity to the Isle of Palms, social events and 4 separate-but connected neighborhoods. The first of the four neighborhoods is The Sound, which has custom built homes with over 3000 sq ft. This is an intimate neighborhood with lots of water and green space. The third is The Village having 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes, with naturally landscaped yards and curved streets. The final neighborhood is Madison which has single family homes as well as townhouses.
