Avondale is a neighborhood in the heart of West Ashley located between Savannah Highway and Saint Andrews Boulevard. It’s location is prime, situated close to downtown, the beach, the West Ashley public boat ramp and across the street from the West Ashley Greenway, which is a beautiful area where you can bike, walk or jog.
