Mount Pleasant Office

In late 2015, dunes properties integrated an existing real estate brokerage located in Mount Pleasant and assumed operations of their office on North Highway 17, establishing our beach-head in the East Cooper primary residential market.

Mount Pleasant is one of the fastest growing towns in the United States, aided by the addition to the Charleston area of Boeing, Google, and now Volvo. “It was important for our company to expand into this vibrant market to stand behind our belief that ‘Nobody knows the Charleston Coast better®,'” says President Randy Walker.

Our Mount Pleasant group grew again in late summer 2016, when the Places group joined us to further expand our East Cooper reach.  Places, LLC had long been a leader in some of the most prestigious neighborhoods in Mount Pleasant.  Our combined Mount Pleasant team serves the entire Mount Pleasant area as well as the surrounding areas of Daniel Island, Awendaw, and Cainhoy.
