Rivertowne

Rivertowne is a large waterfront neighborhood with many gorgeous views and so much to offer.  With medium to large homes, set among gorgeous natural lakes and wetlands, this neighborhood doesn’t disappoint.

There are single-family homes as well as tract-built homes all built in the “lowcountry” style.  There are homes with private docks as well as homes with their own dedicated boat slip right on the Wando River.  The waterfront homes have spectacular views of the sun setting over the river and grant the homeowners direct access to some of the best fishing Mount Pleasant has to offer.

Rivertowne is home to the 1st Arnold Palmer signature course in the Charleston area with beautiful views of Horlbeck Creek.  This neighborhood also has 2 community docks on the Wando River, a swimming pool, tennis courts and a play park.  With gorgeous views, waterfront homes, and a signature golf course, this neighborhood is something to see.
