Hamlin Plantation is known for its natural surroundings, proximity to the Isle of Palms, social events and 4 separate-but connected neighborhoods. The first of the four neighborhoods is The Sound, which has custom built homes with over 3000 sq ft. A few lots have deep water access and the neighborhood has views of Hamlin Sound, Isle of Palms and Goat Island. The second is Waverly with 2200-2800 sq ft homes. This is an intimate neighborhood with lots of water and green space. The third is The Village having 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes, with naturally landscaped yards and curved streets. The final neighborhood is Madison which has single family homes as well as townhouses.
