Brickyard Plantation is a 513 acre development that is surrounded by Boone Hall Plantation and Horlbeck Creek, creating a natural buffer zone to protect it from other developments. Of the 513 acres, a whopping 100 acres are beautifully dedicated to lakes, forests and wetlands, creating a lovely environment to call home.
There are 2 pools, tennis, walking paths, a fitness center, boat landing and much more to enjoy as a resident of Brickyard Plantation. This is another neighborhood that is well done and is surrounded by the natural beauty that Charleston has to offer.

She loves renovating old homes that need a little TLC. Right now Ann resides in Mt. Pleasant with her two dogs and husband in an 1880’s home she renovated herself.
