Radcliffeborough

Right next to the Medical University of South Carolina, Radcliffeborough is populated by doctors, college students and more living in condos, historic properties and a few newer construction pocket neighborhoods. This neighborhood is easy walking distance to the Upper King St district with restaurants and shops galore. For families with young daughters, the private Ashley Hall school is here too.

Insider Tip:
Sip a coffee or craft beer outside on the courtyard of Kudu, an area favorite.

A native of South Carolina, Beth Huntley grew up with a love for the waterways, marshes and beaches that make the Lowcountry unlike any other place.

Upon receiving a B.F.A. in Interior Design from The Savannah College of Art and Design, she began her professional career in Hilton Head as an interior designer, working on an array of high end, residential projects.

After nearly 20 years of design work in her own business, Beth made the decision to channel her design energy and wealth of experience in construction and renovation along with a focus in sustainability and energy efficient practices, to a career in real estate in 2004. An experienced real estate investor in her personal life, Beth puts the lessons of her own experiences to work for her clients.

True to her passion for Charleston, Beth lives what she loves – both as a resident of Charleston and as a Board Member of Lowcountry Local First, Board Advisor to Green Wizard, Inc., a member of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors and the American Society of Interior Designers. She has served as Chairperson for The Sustainability Institute of SC, Coastal Association Chair of the ASID, Past President of the Center for Women and Corporate Sponsorship Chair for The Gibbes Museum of Art.
