Charleston area market statistics through November 2014

The Charleston Area Market Statistics are in and it’s hard to believe that 2014 has come to an end! Sales and inventory remained strong through the holiday season in November in the Charleston area. Sales slowed slightly with 962 homes sold at a median price of $222,283, while just over 5,700 properties were for listed as “active” for sale, according to the Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS®. In Charleston County 484 homes sold at a median price of $281,117 with Mount Pleasant, West Ashley and James Island seeing the most activity.
